The VR-L Soundbox is the shielded room for productive conversations in the open-plan office. Ideal for meetings, consultations and confidential discussions – comfortable and perfect for teams of up to 4 people.
Sound-insulating wall panels, safety glass, and a sturdy aluminum frame ensure first-class sound insulation. Vibration-dampening feet enhance the effect and create a quiet environment.
Thanks to simple 90° connections, the cabin is quick to assemble. Damping feet ensure a stable stand and allow for easy repositioning. This is ideal for flexible working environments.
A powerful fresh air system provides up to 21 air changes per hour and keeps the air consistently fresh. The fans remain pleasantly quiet at ≤ 40 dB, allowing for concentrated work without distraction.
The motion sensor automatically activates lights and ventilation upon entry and switches both off again upon exit – efficient, convenient, and energy-saving.

Acoustics & Privacy
The VR-L creates a protected space for confidential conversations and focused work. Sound-absorbing materials, safety glass, and a compact cabin design reduce disruptive noise in the open-plan office.
Fresh air
The turbo fresh air system works with a quiet fan and ensures reliable air circulation. This keeps the climate in the cabin pleasant even during longer phone calls.
Light & Work
The integrated 4,000K lighting creates a natural, clear lighting ambiance in the interior – ideal for phone calls, video calls, and short focus sessions.
Motion sensor
The integrated motion sensor controls lighting and ventilation automatically. The systems only run when in use, thereby supporting energy-efficient operation.
Safety glass
Tempered safety glass is used for the door. It supports the acoustic effect of the cabin while ensuring a high-quality, stable and transparent appearance.
Integrated equipment
Depending on the model, the VR series is already equipped with coordinated furnishings, integrated power supply, LED lighting, ventilation, and security elements. This allows the cabins to be used quickly – from confidential phone calls to focused work or meetings.
Damping feet
Special damping feet reduce direct transmission between the cabin and the floor. This supports acoustic decoupling and facilitates flexible placement in the office.
Integrated functions
The VR series combines essential comfort and work functions in a compact cabin: acoustic shielding, fresh air system, integrated lighting, and direct power supply for mobile working.
Assembly & Installation
The cabin is designed for easy assembly and uses a reduced connection system with 90-degree fasteners, allowing for efficient integration into existing office spaces.
Soundboxes are versatile and offer a solution wherever peace and concentration are required. They are ideal for phone calls, video calls and focused work, but also for spontaneous meetings or confidential discussions. Especially in open-plan offices, they create retreats without the need to build additional rooms.
Soundboxes noticeably reduce noise and ensure a significantly quieter working environment. Conversations inside the box remain discreet, while at the same time disturbing external noises are minimized. Important to know: Complete soundproofing is not technically intended, but for everyday office use, the noise reduction is absolutely sufficient and very effective.
Soundproof pods come in various sizes – from compact telephone booths for one person to meeting pods for several people. Which variant is right for you depends on how you want to use the pod. For short calls and concentrated work, a single pod is recommended, while for team meetings or discussions, larger models are the better choice.
